氧化还原-催化接触过滤法处理电镀漂洗废水 被引量:2

摘要 采用氧化还原-催化接触过滤法,以硫酸亚铁为还原剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂,饱和石灰乳为pH值调节剂,天然锰砂为催化滤料,对某电镀厂酸性漂洗废水进行处理,此废水中铁、铬、锰重金属离子严重超标.试验确定了该废水处理的最佳条件:硫酸亚铁的投加量为30 mg/L,高锰酸钾的投加量为10 mg/L,反应pH值为8,滤速为5 m/h.结果表明:经该方法处理后的电镀漂洗废水,总铬、锰、总铁及浊度的去除率均达到99%以上,CODCr、pH指标均达到国家排放标准. Electroplating rinse wastewater were treated by oxidation-reduction reactions and catalytic filtration and there were Fe, Cr. Mn of great concentration in this wastewater. In the experiment FeSO4 and KMnO4 were used as reducing agent and oxidizing agent respectively, furthermore saturated Ca ( OH ) 2 solution was used to control the pH value of the water and the manganese sand was used as filtering materials. At the optimal condition when FeSO4 was 30mg/L, KMnO4 was 10mg/L, pH was 8 and the filtration rate was 5 m/h, the removal rates of Fe .Cr. Mn and turbidity were all higher than 99%, and CODcr, pH meeted the national wastewater discharge standard.
