摘要
分析了国内外经编机现有的送经控制系统,采用DSP(TMS320 LF2407 A)作为主控制器设计了新的控制系统,说明了该控制系统的原理、方案和软硬件构成.新的控制系统由张力传感器实时测得经纱的张力,与设定值比较得到一偏差,根据这个偏差,通过控制器的智能模糊PID计算,形成闭环来控制经编机的送经量,使经轴按照织造要求送出经纱.
The paper analyzed the current domestic and international electronic let-off control systems of warp loom and designed a new control system by using DSP( CTMS320 LF2407 A) AS A MAIN CONTROLLER. It also introduced its working principle, plan, hardware and software. The warp tension was measured by a sensor, and a declination was obtained when compared with the given value. According to this declination and through the calculation of Fuzzy- PID algorithm of the controller, the warp run- in was controlled by using closed -loop, which help to weave qualitied cloth.
