摘要 将网络监测技术与红外测温技术相结合设计了磨削温度红外监控系统.该系统采用SAT—G90红外热像仪对磨削温度数据进行实时采集,当磨削温度超过预设值时立即报警,同时通过磨削温度红外监控软件发送指令来调整磨削相关参数,以降低磨削温度,避免磨削烧伤;该系统还具有对采集到的磨削红外图像上的任一指定区域的磨削温度进行自动数据分析,并显示该区域最高、最低和平均磨削温度等功能.经企业实际应用,该系统的精度高、实时性强,有效地避免了磨削烧伤. The grinding temperature infrared monitored system is designed by combining network monitored technology and infrared temperature- measurement technology. The system gets the data of grinding temperature through SAT- G90 infrared thermal image and it will alarm immediately when the data of grinding temperature is above the prepared data. At the same time, this system can adjust grinding parameters to decrease the grinding temperature to avoid grinding burn. Besides, it can automatically analyze the data of grinding temperature in any region specified on the grinding infrared image, and display the highest, the lowest and the average grinding temperature in the region. The practice in enterprises shows its high precision and good character in real time, which avoids the grinding burn effectively.
