Nano-ZrO_2 Thermal Barrier Coating Made by Plasma Spray Coating and Thermal Conductivity

摘要 采用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了纳米ZrO2热障涂层,采用XRD和SEM方法分析了涂层的相结构和微观组织,并采用激光脉冲法测量了纳米涂层的热导率.结果表明,喷涂前后涂层与粉末的相成分没有发生变化,涂层具有典型的等离子涂层微观组织结构,孔隙率约为12.33%.纳米涂层热导率的平均值约为传统微米ZrO2涂层的86%,涂层中大量的纳米晶是纳米涂层隔热性能改善的主要原因. The nano-ZrO2 thermal barrier coating was prepared by atmospheric plasma spray coating technology. This paper analyzed the phase composition and microstructure of the coating with the methods of XRD and SEM, and measured the thermal conductivity of nano-ZrO2 coating by the method of laser pulse. The result showed that the phase composition of ZrO2 powders and coating didn't change after thermal spraying, and coating had a typical microstructure of plasma-sprayed coatings whose porosity was about 12.33%. The thermal conductivity is 86% of that of traditional micro-meter ZrO2 coating, and numerous nanograins are the main reason of the improvement of the properties of thermal insulation.
