摘要
Cr12MoV钢渗硼层中存在B,C,Al,Cr,Si,Cr,Fe,Mo,V,Mn等元素.B元素在表层含量出现峰值,里层含量下降;C,Si,Al及Cr元素含量在过渡区出现峰值;Fe元素在硼化物层中的含量略低于过渡层及心部;而Mo元素含量几乎没有变化.渗硼层中出现的C,Cr,Mo元素,主要以碳化物形式存在;V,Mn元素主要固溶于碳化物或以碳化物形式被包在硼化物中,含量少;Al,Si主要存在于缺陷处或富碳区中.渗硼层中不含稀土元素.
Such elements as B, C, Al, Si, Cr, Fe, Mo, V, and Mn exist in Cr12MoV steel boronization layer. B reaches its top volume in the shin while goes down in the inside; C, Si, Al and Cr appear highest volume in the transition region. Fe in boronization layer is slightly lower than that in transition region and core. And Mo changes little. C, Cr and Mo in boronization layer exist as carbide, V and Mn, solid dissolve into carbide or are wrapped in boride as carbide, both are less. Al and Si mainly lie in defective point or high carbon areas. Rare earth elements do not exist in the boronization layer.
