摘要
探讨了影响苯乙烯悬浮聚合的主要因素.实验结果表明,引发剂浓度在1 mol/L^3 mol/L范围内增大,可以增加聚合物颗粒粒径;选择合理的搅拌速度、升温过程、分散剂用量是控制聚苯乙烯珠体粒径的重要措施.
This article discusses the main factors that affect styrene suspension polymerization. The experimental resuits show that the polymer particle diameter can be increased if the concentration of initiator increases at the range of between 1 mol/l and 3 mol/l. And it is an effective way to control the polystyrene particle diameter by selecting reasonable stirring speed, heat - up procedure and the amount of dispersant.
