This article discusses the similarities of basic structure about English and Chinese languages. By comparing these tow languages, we know that there are really similarities in grammar structures among different languages. So, it is necessary to reveal and discuss it for studying and mastering languages. Observing some language phenomena, explaining some language problems and comparing the similarities and differences among different languages are no doubt the promotion in language research and language teaching.
