摘要
根据平衡计分卡的基本原理,结合示范院校建设项目绩效管理的实践,将示范建设项目目标转化为包括财务、客户、内部流程、学习提高等具体因素在内的绩效考核框架,以期为示范院校的绩效管理提供实用参考。
This paper introduces Balanced Scorecard (BSC) into the performance management of the demonstrative higher vocational college. It elaborates from the perspective of financial affairs, customer, internal business process, learning and growth respectively so as to help the demonstrative higher vocational college attain their work targets and achieve better results.
