高考公平视角下的误差分析与改进

Analysis and improvement of unequal phenomenon of university entrance examination

高考从本质上来讲是起点相同、机会均等的竞争,然而现行高考制度在运行过程中,却出现了实际结果与理想原则之间的偏离,影响了高考公平性的体现。从高考公平角度切入,分析高考公平的系统误差和偶然误差现状,探讨误差产生的原因及解决的方法,从而给高考改革提供新的启示意义。

The spirit of university entrance examination is equal and everyone is supposed to have the same chance to enter college or university. But during the real operation, university entrance examination begin to show some unequal phenomenon which against its original spirit. This essay focuses on analyzing the unequal phenomenon in university entrance examination system, tries to find out the reason of this unequal phenomenon and finds a way to solve this problem and errors which happened by chance. It is expected to provide some new thoughts to the revolution of university entrance examination.
