摘要
本文论述了非智力因素在短道速滑运动训练中的作用,提出了加强短道速滑运动员非智力因素培养的建议,以期为推动我国短道速滑运动的发展、提高运动员的运动成绩及心理品质提供有益的参考。
This article elaborated the function of non - intelligence factors in the training of short track speed skating movement,proposed the suggestion of strengthening the training of short track speed skaters＇ non- intelligence factors. It is expected to provide the beneficial reference for the development of short track speed skating movement and the improvement of skaters＇ sports perfomaanee and psychological quality.
