摘要
通过对体操运动损伤的调查研究,结合体操运动训练实践经验,强调了预防体操运动损伤的重要性,初步揭示了损伤的一般规律,并提出一些较合理的预防措施,以期减少运动损伤的发生。针对运动损伤发生的原因、机理,采取有效的预防方法,并从身体形态训练、身体机能训练及力量训练、平衡能力训练、耐力训练、灵敏与协调性训练、心理素质训练等角度出发,详细阐述了各体能训练要素对预防体操运动损伤的重要作用。
Through the research on the injury of gymnasts, in combination with the experiences in gymnastics training, this paper emphasizes on the importance of preventing gymnastic injury, reveals some regular patterns of injury and suggests some reasonable precautious measures, with the aim to reduce the possibilities of injury. This paper analyses the causes, mechanism and precautions of gymnastic injury, and expounds the functions of various physical ability training on preventing the gymnastic injury from the perspectives of physical shaping training, physical function training and strength training, balance training,perseverance training, delicacy and coordination trainlng,and psychological training,etc.
