试析社区学校的内涵、分类与功能

当前社区学校的内涵过于狭窄,本文对社区、学校和社区学校等概念作了深入考察和分析,指出社区学校是一切属于或坐落于该社区的有利于居民终身学习的学校或场所。在此基础上对社区学校的类型和功能重新作了界定和分析,指出社区学校分为正规社区学校与非正规社区学校两大类,前者包括全日制社区学校和非全日制社区学校,后者包括社区学习型组织、社区文化机构以及社区隐性课堂等,它们都有特殊功能和普遍功能,普遍功能是终身学习与终身教育。

The connotation of community school is too strait at the present, so the paper reviews and analyzes the conceptions of ＂community＂, ＂school＂ and ＂community school＂. In the end, it proposes that community schools are all schools or concourses which belong to or are located in the community and useful for the Life-long learning of community residents. Based on this, the paper defines and analyzes newly the types and functions of community, schools, divides them into normal and non-normal kinds---the former include full-time and part-time community schools, while the latter include learning organizations, cultural institution, latent classes and so on. Both of them have special and general functions and the general function is Life-long education and Life-long learning.
