草地农业系统与西部农业的可持续发展

GRASSLAND AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE IN THE WEST PARTS

本文依据中国西部生态环境恶化现状,认为环境的恶化尤其是水土流失与土壤荒漠化是导致西部地区贫瘠与灾害的主要根源,而生态环境恶化的主要原因是其治理与社会经济发展的长期失调。依据西部的自然生境特点及资源优势,结合前人在该地区开发治理的经验和发展草地农业试点的成果,提出大力发展草地农业是西部农业实现可持续发展的有效途径的看法,阐述了草地农业在西部生态环境治理与农业经济持续发展中的基础作用和发展草地农业系统的基本方针。

Ecological environmental situation and its main cause of deterioration in China west parts were analyzed. It were concluded that the deterioration of environment especially serious soil and water loss and desertification was the reason of the poor and natural calamity in the west parts of China, the cause of environmental deterioration was the unbalance between environmental management and economical development in the long time. According to the experience of forefathers＇ achievements and the place situation, we proposed grassland agricultural system could play a main important role in environmental management, was an essential way for sustained development of agriculture in the west parts of China. At the same time, the basic role of grassland agricultural system both in ecological and economical development for the region was illustrated and the strategy for sustained development was proposed.
