硕士生运用“自然数码奇象记忆数序形象挂钩法”记忆复杂数字的实验 被引量:6

摘要 本实验考察了硕士生运用自然数码数序形象挂钩法记忆300位圆周率数字的记忆效果。结果表明:(1)硕士生运用此法识记和回忆顺序性很强、数量大、难记住的材料,能达到快速高效,并能倒顺背诵、随点随背,因而此法对于顺序性很强、数量大、难记住的材料,是一套具有特殊效果的高效记忆法。(2)此法能使人的识记很快通过短时记忆而快速地顺利进入长时记忆,能有效防止前摄和倒摄抑制,且在以后的较长时间里遗忘较少较慢。(3)本实验结果与艾宾浩斯实验结果及其保持曲线大不相同。因而艾宾浩斯曲线在内涵上应界定为经典的机械记忆保持曲线,其遗忘规律应界定为人脑原本的机械记忆遗忘规律;本实验中的保持曲线是自然数码奇象记忆保持曲线。 The experiment inspected the retentive effect that the postgraduates remember 300digit Pi by using the Natural Numeral Imagery Memory (Method by Memorizing the Concrete Objects Associated with the Shapes of Arabic Numeral to Produce Marvelous Imagination, MMOASAPMI). The results showed: Firstly, it's fast and highly effective to recognize and recall the materials which is strong sequence, large quantity and dull by using this method , what's more , the materials could be recited on the sequence and backwardness, even randomly pointed. Secondly, the method could make people's recognizi.ng and remembering convert from the short-term memory into long-term memory smoothly, could get rid of the interference of proactive inhibition and retroactive inhibition effectively, in addition, forgetting is little and slow in the coming long time. Thirdly, the result, which is consistent with the one of 1990 made by Wang Hongli, is quite different from Ebbinghaus' experiment result and his retention curve.. Therefore, Ebbinghaus' retention curve should be defined as the one of classical mechanical memory, its forgetting regularity should be defined as the one of people's brain original mechanical memory. However, the retentive curve of the experiment is natural numeral precise imagery memory.
