急性脊髓损伤后小胶质细胞反应的病理学观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨小胶质细胞在急性脊髓损伤中的反应规律及作用。方法收集15例急性脊髓损伤的尸检脊髓组织标本,应用苏木精-伊红及免疫组化染色技术,观察急性脊髓损伤中小胶质细胞的分布及反应。结果脊髓损伤后6 h标本中可见活化的小胶质细胞,其数量的高峰出现在损伤后的24 h,部分小胶质细胞为TNF-α阳性细胞。结论活化的小胶质细胞可能参与了脊髓的损伤过程,小胶质细胞合成和分泌的TNF-α是脊髓损伤组织内TNF-α的主要来源之一。 Objective To study the response and its effect of microglia in acute spinal cord injury. Methods Autopsy samples of 15 patients died of acute spinal cord injury were collected for an histopathological analysis of microglia response. Results Activated microglial cells were observed at six hours after injury, the amount reached the peak at 24 hours, part of them were TNF-α positive. Conclusion Activated microglia join the course of spinal cord injury, the synthesis of microglia and secretory of TNF-α are one of the sources of TNF-α in injured spinal cord tissue.
