子宫内膜样腺癌组织MMP-9和CD147表达及意义 被引量:2

THE EXPRESSION AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE OF MMP-9 AND CD147 IN ENDOMETRIAL ADENOCARCINOMA

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)在子宫内膜样腺癌组织表达及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测40例子宫内膜样腺癌和12例正常子宫内膜组织中MMP-9和CD147基因的表达水平,并分析其与子宫内膜样腺癌临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移等病理参数的关系。结果子宫内膜样腺癌组织中MMP-9和CD147的表达均明显高于正常子宫内膜(t=9.46、7.86,P〈0.05)。MMP-9在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达水平与其临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(t=3.27-16.20,P〈0.05);CD147在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达水平与其临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关(t=2.50-6.20,P〈0.05),与肌层浸润深度无关(t=1.91,P〉0.05)。子宫内膜样腺癌中CD147和MMP-9的表达呈正相关(r=0.443,P〈0.01)。结论MMP-9和CD147的高表达可能在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,二者相互协同可能是促进子宫内膜样腺癌发生、浸润和转移的重要因素。 Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and extracelluar matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147) in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathology. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect MMP-9 and CD147 in endometrial tissue of 40 patients with the carcinoma and 12 normal endometrial tissue. The relationship between the expressions and clinical pathology was analyzed. Results The expression of MMP-9 and CD147 in the cancer was significantly higher than that of the normal tissue (t= 9.46,7.86, P〈0.05). Expression levels of both MMP-9 and CD147 in the cancer were closely related to the clinical phases, histological grade, and lymph node metastasis (t=3.27-16.20,P〈0.05;t=2.50-6.20,P〈0.05); the difference between them was that CD147 was not related to myometrial invasion. A positive correlation between the expression levels of MMP-9 and CD147 in the cancer was noted (r=0. 443,P〈0.01). Conclusion High expression of MMP-9 and CD147 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and their synergistic effect may act as important factors in promoting the invasion and metastasis of this cancer.
