摘要 本文在用化学沉淀法处理高浓度氨氮废水的基础上,引入晶析辅助化学沉淀法的思路,即选择活化沸石、活化粘土和活化粉煤灰为晶种投加到反应器中,然后从氨氮去除率、生成晶体的粒型、粒径等三个方面分析不同晶种的影响,并对生成的磷酸铵镁晶体进行X—衍射分析。研究表明:投加晶种有利于提高氨氮的去除率,但不会明显提高生成晶体的粒径。 On the base of treatment of high concentration ammonia- nitrogen wastewater by chemical precipitation process, this paper introduced the idea of crystallization- combined chemical precipitation process, that is, choose activation zeolite, activation clay and activation coal ash as crystal seed to be put into the rector, and then, analyzed the effect from the following aspects: remove rate of ammonia- nitrogen, particle type and particle diameter, and simultaneously, observing components of the crystal using X ray diffraction. The results showed that adding crystal seed is good for ammonia- nitrogen wiping off rate, but bad for form big particle diameter crystal.
