食管癌、贲门癌术中罕见医源性器官损伤的预防和处理

Prevention and treatment of the rare iatrogenic organ injury during the operations for esophageal cancer and cardial cancer

目的减少或避免食管癌、贲门癌术中重要器官的损伤。方法对食管癌、贲门癌术中19例罕见的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果19例患者中,15例经积极有效的修补、输血存活,4例严重失血、缺氧而死亡。结论术中特别注意局部解剖关系及手术操作细致、轻柔,改进手术方法,可减少或避免发生重要器官损伤。

Objective To reduce and avoid major organ injuies duing the esophagel and cardial cancer operations. Methods 19 cases of rare esophageal cancer and cardial cancer operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results 15 of the patients surlved the treatment ; the other 4 died from serious blood loss and hypoxia. Conclusions Careful and meticulous operation with advanced techniques will help reduce and avoid the major organ injuries.
