摘要
目的:寻求连续CT断层图像重建上颈椎运动节段数字模型及三维可视化的方法。方法:基于上颈椎连续薄层CT图像,运用Mimies10.01软件重建上颈椎运动节段骨性和各种软组织结构,并导入有限元分析Ansys10中初步进行有限元分析验证。结果:成功建立上颈椎运动节段三维数字模型并实现可视化。模型包括:C0-3,骨性结构并区分皮质骨与松质骨、C1-3,关节软骨盘、C2,3椎间盘和6种韧带结构。上颈椎有限元模型初步验证结果与体外生物力学实验和临床结果相符,可进一步行各种上颈椎有限元分析。结论:Mimics软件基于薄层CT图像建立上颈椎有限元模型提供了一个更为快捷精确的方法,所建模型逼真,几何相似性好,为研究上颈椎的生物力学性状创造了条件。
Objective: To establish a digital model for reconstruction and three-dimensional visualization of upper cervical spinal motion segment from CT images. Methods: Based on continuous lamellar spiral CT images of upper cervical spine segments, the bony structures and various soft tissues were reconstructed with Mimics 10.01 software, the model was imported into Ansys10.0 software for initial analysis and validation. Results: The three-dimensional digital model of the upper cervical spinal motion segment was successfully reconstructed. The model included Co. 3 bony structures and distinguished the cortical and cancellous bone, cartilaginous opereulums from C1~3, disc of C2, 3 and 6 types of ligaments. The initial finite analysis results of the model were matched to the results of the biomechanical studies and clinical findings. This model could be used for further finite element analysis of the biomechanical studies of the upper cervical spine. Conclusion: Mimics software provides a more quick and accurate method to establish three-dimensional digital model of the upper cervical spinal motion segment with good fidelity and geometric similarity, and facilitated further research the behaviors of the upper cervical spine.
