Recent Development in German Higher Educational Internationalization——A Rise of Transnational Education

This paper introduces the policies and practices in German higher education＇s internationalization, and then focuses on the start-up period of German transnational education, and its inspiration to China. It proposes that Chinese higher education institutions should enhance their cooperation with those German universities who are in the start-up phase in order to improve Chinese universities＇ technology and engineering education.
