摘要 分析了激光辐照下光学材料的几种损伤形态和光学元件的激光损伤造成光电传感器的失效效应.利用连续CO2激光损伤实验装置,对K9、石英、MgF2、CaF2、CVD ZnS、多光谱ZnS和热压ZnS等多种光学材料开展了激光损伤效应实验,并对实验现象进行了分析和讨论. The several damaging modes of optics material and invalidating affect of sensor under laser beams irradiance are analyzed. Experiments on laser damaging effect are applied to K9, quartz, MgF2, CaF2, CVD ZnS, spectral ZnS, and so on. The damage of surface and inside under several laser irradiance are observed and construed.
