坚硬特厚煤层综放工作面覆岩破坏运动规律 被引量:4

摘要 采用现场观测和数值模拟分析的方法,对陕西彬长大佛寺煤矿40301首采综放工作面覆岩移动、矿压显现特征进行了分析研究,总结了坚硬特厚综放工作面覆岩运动破坏规律。结果表明,工作面存在较明显的周期来压现象,并具有一定的瞬时冲击性载荷特征。首采综放工作面顶板初次来压步距65.6m,周期来压步距23.67m,来压时最大工作阻力7291kN/架。工作面支承压力峰值在煤壁前方10~15m处,峰值压力约为19~25MPa,支承压力影响范围可达工作面前方50~60m。 Based on the special mining conditions of the top-coal caving face in the hard and thick coal seam of B Dafosi colliery of 40301 fully-mechanized inchang coal area in Shaanxi province, the characteristics of overburden strata behaviors and ground pressure are researched using the methods of numerical simulation and ground pressure field observations. The failure characters of overburden strata movement of fully-mechanized top-coal caving face in the hard and thick coal seam are studied. The results show that the obvious phenomenon of roof periodic weighting and the instantaneous impact load exists in the exploitation process, and that the first weighting interval of roof is 65.6 m. During the roof weighting, the maximum support load is 7 291 kN, the periodic weighting interval is 23.67 m, and the maximum abutment pressure of working face exists in 10-15 m before coal wall in advance and the peak value is 19-25 MPa, and the influenced range of abutment pressure is 50-60 m in front of caving face.
