摘要
大量的实践证明,煤矿采空区残余变形期长达几年甚至几十年,其残余移动变形会对高等级公路的正常运营产生影响。目前对高速公路下的采空区的处治方法一般为钻孔注浆,但是如何有效地判断注浆的效果,目前还没有一个统一的标准和具体的方法。文中结合采空区的具体特征和注浆的数据资料,通过对山西某高等公路下煤矿采空区处治过程中的注浆实践分析研究,提出通过计算采空区未密实等效高度和注浆量等效高度可以对采空区治理的效果进行分析评价。
With the exploitation of the coal resource and the development of highway, more and more highway go through the mined-out area. A large number of engineering practice proved that the period of mined-out residue deformation range from a few years to decades, and the residue deformation would influence the normal transport capacity of the highway. Now the treatment to the mined-out is drilling and grouting, but how to estimate the effect of grouting still have no an uniform standard and an effective method. This paper combined the characteristics of the mined-out area with grouting data, through the analysis and research on grouting practice of the mined-out area under LIJUN highway in Shanxi, put forward that the effect of treatment to mined-out area can be analyzed and estimated by calculating and comparing equivalent height of unfilled space of mined-out and equivalent height of grouting volume.
