椎弓根螺钉治疗腰椎滑脱症的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of the patients with pedicle screw fixation in treatment of lumbar spodylolisthesis.

目的：总结腰椎滑脱症手术患者围手术期的护理要点。方法：对25例硬椎滑脱症行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗手术的患者术前进行全面护理评估，加强心理护理，术后做好全面护理及康复指导。结果：本组无1例出现护理并发症，随访6个月～3年，所有患者硬腿痛缓解，未发生内固定物松动、断裂等并发症，椎体间植骨融合率达94％。结论：硬椎滑脱症患者手术前后的精心护理及康复指导是患者康复的重要保证。

Objective：To summarize principles of periopertive nursing of the patients with lumbar spodylolisthesis. Methods：Overall evaluation and reinforcement of psychological nursing was made for 25 patients with lumbar spodylolisthesis before operation. After operation ,considerable postoperative nursing was given,guiding patients rehabilitative skill. Results： No complications was found, Fellowed up for 6 months to 3 years, all patients with low back pain or radicular pain experience significant relief. There is no complication about pedicle screws. Fusion rate of grafted bone between pyramid was 94%. Conelusion：Perioperatlon and rehabilitative nursing are very help to rehabilitation of patients.
