摘要
研究了一种适用于近场光学扫描显微镜(NOSM)图像的融合技术。采用改进的小波变换方法,对NOSM透射和反射模式图像进行融合。获得了高质量、高信息量的单幅图像。克服了近场光学扫描显微镜图像成像信号微弱、图像比较模糊的缺点。
A new fusion technology is presented for near-field optical scanning microscopy images, which applies an improved wavelet transformation for the fusion of NOSM transparent and reflection mode images. It enhances the quality of near-field optical scanning microscopy images, makes one image contain more information and overcomes the shortcoming of blurred image for near-field optical scanning microscopy images.
