材料表面能影响污垢诱导期的实验研究与理论分析 被引量:5

摘要 在实验基础上得到了不锈钢、钛管和铜管三种材料的换热管的诱导期,并运用表面能理论分析了材料表面能和界面能对污垢诱导期的影响。结果表明,随着材料表面能或系统界面能的增大,污垢诱导期缩短;不锈钢的污垢诱导期长于钛管和铜管。 This paper gained the fouling induction period of three kinds of heat exchangers which are made of stainless-Steel, titanium and copper based on experiment, and analyzed the effect of surface energy on fouling induction period by theoretical analysis. The result indicated that the fouling induction period decreased with the increase of surface or interface energy. The induction period of stainless-steel is longer to titanium or copper.
