摘要 目的为了深入研究大鼠睾丸支持细胞(Sertoli细胞)的作用及其调控因素,分离纯化大鼠睾丸Sertoli细胞并进行体外培养。方法利用多重酶消化法,获取睾丸Sertoli细胞,进行体外原代培养以维持其良好的活性。结果利用多重酶消化法,可以获得较高纯度的Sertoli细胞,并进行体外原代培养,最终获得大量活性良好的Sertoli细胞。结论采用多重酶消化法和体外原代培养可以分离纯化并保持良好活性的大鼠睾丸Sertoli细胞。 Objective To investigate the roles and controlling factors of the sertoli cells in rats' testicular, by separating and purifying sertoli cells and then cultivating these cells in vitro. Methods The sertoli cells in rats' testicular were obtained through multiple enzyme digestion and these cells were cultivated in vitro to maintain their favorable activities. Results Highly purified sertoli cells were obtained through multiple enzyme digestion and these cells' favorable activities were obtained by cultivating in vitro. Conclusions Through the methods of multiple enzyme digestion and primary cell culture, the favorable activities of sertoli cells can be obtained by isolating and purifying these cells.
