射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Treating Hysteromyoma by Using Radio Frequency Ablation

目的探讨射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法对我院就诊的自愿要求行子宫肌瘤消融术57例患者,在腹部超声监护下将射频消融刀经阴道置入子宫肌瘤内行肌瘤消融术。结果术后随访6个月,有效率为96.5%。结论超声引导下射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To study the pragmatic functions of disposing hysteromyoma by using Radio Frequency Ablation. Methods By carrying out Radio Frequency Ablation operations on 57 volunteer patients, with Ablation scalpel being placed into hysteromyoma through vagina under the ultrasound supervision in the abdomen. Results The follow - up visit 6 months after operations proves that the effective percentage reaches 96. 5%. Conclusions Radio Frequency Ablation under the ultrasound guidance proves to be a safe and effective way to remove hysteromyoma.
