摘要
选用AlC13、Na2Si03、CaCl2、NaF和Na5P3O30作为初始反应物,采用液相沉淀法合成了Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2-P205系玻璃粉体;通过XRD、EDAX和TEM等手段,分析了反应物浓度对液相合成Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2-P2O5系玻璃粉体特性的影响.结果表明,反应物浓度对粉体的化学组成、结晶状态均无明显影响,各粉体均是含有O、F、A1、Si、Ca、P元素的非晶态的近球形纳米颗粒.但反应物浓度对粉体的分散性能、颗粒大小有影响,随着反应物浓度的提高,粉体团聚现象加剧,分散性降低,粉体颗粒大小略微减小,粒子在20-60nm.
AlO3-SiO2-CaF2-P2O5 glass powder was prepared by liquid synthesis with AlC13 , Na2SiO3 , CaC12 , NaF and Na5P3010 as starting-reagents. The influences of reagents concentration on characteristics of the powders were studied by XRD,EDAX and TEM methods. The results show that the reactant concentration has little effect on the chemical composition and crystal state of the powders, which are amorphous compounds containing O,F,A1,Si,Ca, P atoms and constituted by near spheroidic nano particles, but the reactant concentration has effect on the dispersed state and particle size of the powders. The agglomerate phenomenon becomes severer and the particle decreases slightly in size with increasing reactant concentration, the size being in the range of 20-60 nm.
