Accumulation of Social Capitals in Socialization Process of Household Enterprises

企业发展要依靠三种资本：经济资本、人力资本及社会资本，在某种意义上，社会资本的影响超过前两种资本。在现代经济成长中，家族企业本身的生存和发展必须要有效融合社会资本，家族企业制度创新要以社会资本积累为前提。企业社会资本的积累可从企业的内部社会资本和外部社会资本分析。

Development of enterprises relies on three kinds of capitals： economic capital, human resources capital and social capital, and in some sense, the social capital is more important than the first two kinds of capitals. In the growth of modern economy, effective absorbing of social capitals is indispensable to the existence and development of household enterprises, and the accumulation of social capitals is a prerequisite for the system innovation of household enterprises. This paper analyzes the accumulation of social capitals in two aspects： social capitals inside the enterprise and those outside.
