The analysis on the female love psychology in the Thorn Birds has a special meaning in the discussion of female love philosophy in the patriarchal society. The symbolism in the book affirms the method of the female fight against their fates and the bosom loyal to their love, and at the same time the reasons of the female tragedy is pointed out on the contrary in the paper.
