摘要
高校辅导员工作在高校的教育工作中占有重要的地位,高校辅导员要在思想上树立以人为本的观念,尊重学生、关心学生,要特别重视班集体的组织和培养,牢牢抓住学生所关心的兴奋点,从不同层面和不同角度去观察分析处理问题。
A tutor＇s work plays an important role in the education of college. A college tutor should build up the human-oriented idea, respect and care for students, and especially pay more attention to the organization and cultivation of the class collective. Meanwhile, a tutor should grasp the students＇ exciting point tightly, observe, analyze and deal with problems in different aspects.
