摘要
为详细了解水疗按摩喷头内的气液两相流流场,对喷头内部流场进行了数值模拟计算,并在数值模拟的基础上,分析喷头内流场的压力、速度、气相分布,找出原结构的不足。结果表明:进水管直角弯头处的压力和速度减小显示了管道方向的突然改变引起局部能量损失;根据数值模拟显示的负压区可指导设计进气管的最佳位置;气相分布显示,原进气管的非对称结构使气液混合不够均匀。将模拟计算结果与实验结果比较,证明数值模拟所用的计算模型是有效的,表明数值模拟可以用于喷头的结构设计指导,并为喷头的结构优化提供便捷的验证手段。
The purpose of this article is to explain the gas-liquid two-phase flow field inside the spa jet in detail, so the flow field in the jet is studied by numerical simulation. Based on the simulation of flow field, the contours of variables are analyzed to find out the defects of the jet' s configuration. The simulation shows that: the decrease of the pressure and the velocity illuminates that there' re local energy losses, and it' s caused by the sudden changed direction of the water inlet; The optimal position of the air inlet can be found according to the contour of the pressure; the volume fraction of phase-air clarifies that the unsymmetrical configuration of the air inlet should be modified to improve the gas-liquid uniform distribution. With the experimental data, the numerical model is proved to be effective in the spa jet simulation, and it can be used in the direction for the modification of the spa jet design. This article develops a new convenient method to predict the performance of a spa jet.
