摘要
白细胞介素18具有多种生物学活性,能诱导Th1细胞和自然杀伤细胞产生干扰素γ,促进细胞毒T淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞表达FasL,增强Fas-FasL介导的细胞毒作用,有较强的抗病毒作用,并与脑损伤的免疫病理机制有一定的关系。
Interleukin-18 (IL-18) has a lot of biological activities, which can induce Th 1 cells and natural ceils to produce IFN-γ, up-regulate the levels of FasL expressed by cytotoxic T ceil and natural ceils, enhance the cytotoxicity of CTL and NK mediated by Fas-FasL,and present antivirus effect stongly. In addition, IL-18 has been demonstrated to be associated with immunopathologic mechanism in brain lesions.
