摘要
胶质瘤是中枢神经系统发生率最高的恶性肿瘤,其治疗仍然是一大难题。近年来,对脑胶质瘤发病的相关分子机制和凋亡机制已进行了广泛而深入的研究,为进一步探讨胶质瘤的分子病因、分子分型、恶性进展、基因治疗及预后评估奠定了基础,尤其是对白细胞介素13受体α2(IL-13Rα2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及人10号染色体上缺失的磷酸酶和张力蛋白类似物(PTEN)的深入研究。本文总结了IL-13Rα2、VEGF和PTEN的研究进展及其临床意义。
The gliomas is a malignant tumors in central nervous system with the highest incidence, its therapy is still a difficult problem. There had been wide and deep studies on molecular mechanism and apoptosis of gliomas, which involved the molecular etiology malignant progression, molecular subtyping, gene therapy, and prognosis of gliomas, especially in IL-13 Rα 2, VEGF and PTEN. This article summarized the progress in IL-13Rα2 ,VEGF and PTEN ,and their clinical significances.
