摘要
惊吓反射是主要由听觉刺激引起的双侧同步触电样运动状态,在运动障碍性疾病、反射性癫痫及精神疾患等研究中起重要作用。惊吓综合征由多种以对惊吓事件产生异常反应为特征的疾病构成,主要包括过度惊跳、神经精神惊吓综合征以及刺激诱发疾病三部分。本文对惊吓反射和惊吓综合征的临床表现、电生理学及分子遗传学研究进展予以综述,目的在于为临床提供诊断思路。
The startle reflex is a bilaterally synchronous shock-like set of movements mainly resulting from auditory startling stimuli, which plays an important role in the investigation of movement disorders, reflex epilepsy ,and even psychiatric disorders. Startle syndrome consists of many diseases characterized by paradox- ieal reaction resulting from startling, which mainly includes three groups of hyperekplexia, neuropsyehiatric startle syndromes, and stimulus-induced disorders. This article reviews study progresses of startle reflex and startle syndrome about their clinical manifestation, electrophysiology, and molecular genetics in order to provide diagnostic idea for clinic.
