摘要 近年来,连续性血液净化技术已在危重病患者中广泛应用。高容量血液滤过是近10年来血液净化领域的新成就之一,也是近年来急救医学的重要进展。高容量血液滤过在危重病患者的救治中已取得良好疗效,可改善血流动力学、纠正酸碱紊乱、清除体内代谢毒素,降低细胞因子,显著改善危重病患者的预后,提高生存率。其机制已从单纯清除炎性介质向协助机体重建免疫内稳态发展。本文就应用高容量血液滤过治疗危重病患者的研究进展予以综述。 In recent years, continuous blood purification techniques have been widely used in treating critically severe cases. High volume hemofiltration (HVHF)is one of the achievements made in continuous blood purification over the past 10 years and also is the important advance made in emergency medicine in the past few years. HVHF achieved satisfactory clinical effects on critically severe patients. HVHF can improve the hemodynamics, ameliorate acid-base balance, remove metabolic waste, decrease the production of cytokines,significantly improve the prognosis of critically severe cases and enhance the survival rate. The mechanisms have developed from simply removing inflammatory mediators in the blood to reestablishing immune homeostasis in the body. This article reviews the study progresses of HVHF in treating critically severe cases.
