抗过敏汤配合穴位注射非那根治疗过敏性鼻炎224例体会

Efficacy Observation of Promethazine Injection of Acupuncture Points Combined with Anti-allergic Decoction in Treating 224 Cases Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的 观察穴位药物注射配合抗过敏汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法 收集1996～2007年2月诊治的过敏性鼻炎患者376例，分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用印堂、迎香、合谷、风池、外关穴位注射抗组织胺药非那根0．3～0．5mL，1次／3d，3次为1个疗程；并配合口服抗过敏汤，1剂／d，分2次服完，10d为1个疗程；对照组采用常规方法治疗。结果 治疗组的疗效、起效时间、疗程较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 穴位药物注射配合抗过敏汤口服治疗过敏性鼻炎值得值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of medicine injection of acupuncture points combined with anti-allergic decoction in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods 376 cases allergic rhinitis patients were allocated into treated group and control group. The treated group was administered with Phenergan of anti-histamine medication,which was injected in acupuncture points, such as Yintang, Yingxiang, Hegu, Fenchi, Waiguan. Phenergan dose was 0.3-0.5mL, one time three days. The therapeutic course was three times. To the 224 patients in the treated group anti-allergic decoction was orally taken additionally, which was medicated in one dosage a day with ten days, treatment. The control group was administered with regular method. Results The therapeutic effect in the treated group was better than that in the control group. The recurrence rate and cost were lower in the treated group. Conclusion The therapy of medicine injection of acupuncture points combined with anti-anergic decoction in treating allergic rhinitis, which deserve to popularize in clinical work.
