摘要
针对电磁阀回路,提出了一种监控方案,可有效监视电磁阀回路,及时发现潜在的差错,在未发生故障时能提前发出警报,使操作人员及时采取相应的对策。
Electromagnetic valve is one of most important parts in varies industrial safety interlock systems while it is the most weakness in whole system as final actuator part. A most effective method was put forward to on-line diagnose potential faults of electromagnetic valves according to relevant IEC standard.
