Study on Upset Cracks of 20CrMnTiH Steel by Converter Smelt and Measures at Laiwu Steel

莱钢炼钢厂通过生产过程在线定氢,用扫描电镜和能谱分析了20CrMnTiH钢夹杂组分;观察了铸坯表面缺陷;掌握了转炉冶炼该钢顶锻裂纹产生的机理;并在生产中采取了有效的控制措施,使其顶锻裂纹得到全面改善。

Through hydrogen determination online during manufacturing process, analyzing inclusions element in 20CrMnTiH by SEM and EDAX analysis, and observing defects on the surface of casting blanks, mechanism of upset cracks of 20CrMnTiH smelted by converter in Laiwu steel is found. In production practice, the problem of upset cracks of 20CrMnTiH is ameliorated by adopting effective controlling measures.
