摘要
大学图书馆的发展,有赖于它与大学生的有效结合,对大学图书馆服务对象的心理特征的掌握及正确的分析,是大学图书馆优质效益性服务的科学依据。本文试图说明如何通过问答式服务,引导新生在获得知识的过程中自我解决其心理问题,从而建立起自信心和勇气,将心理过程调整到正常运行状态,争做社会主义要求的合格人才。
The development of college library is depend on the effective combination of college students with it,Grasping psychological character of serving object of library and correct analysing are scientific base of better service to library.This article tries to explain how to direct the freshmen to solve the problems of psychology by themselves in the course of gaining knowledge through question-answer service,so as to build their self-confidence,adjust the psychological course to the normal state and try to be the qualified students in needs of socialism.
