涞水县妇女产褥期行为随访研究

The follow-up study of women's postpartum behaviors in Laishui county

目的:探讨河北省涞水县妇女在产前和产褥期相关行为的发生情况及变化。方法:运用问卷调查的形式对河北省涞水县396名妊娠活产妇女进行随访调查,并对部分资料进行统计分析。结果:妇女在产褥期的饮食行为除进食鸡蛋和肉类增多以外,食用其余各类食物均减少,同时各种卫生行为减少,卧床休息增多,运动减少,保暖行为和对视力保护行为增多。结论:妇女在产褥期的饮食模式、卫生习惯等行为缺乏科学依据,可能对产妇的身体健康造成不利影响,因此需要通过医务人员的教育和宣传使之改善。

Objective： To learn the status of women＇s usual behaviors and postpartum special behaviors in Laishui county and discuss the transformation during these two periods. Methods： Structured questionnaire were used and 396 women were followed. Results： Compared to the daily life, postpartum women ate more eggs and meat while had less other kinds of food, especially fruits and vegetables, and there were less hygiene behaviors as well as exercise while bed rest, wanning behaviors and actions to protect eyes increased. Conclusion： The diet, health and other special behaviors during the puerperium lack of scientific evidence and may lead adverse influence to women＇s postpartum health, thus these behaviors should be meliorated or changed through health education and publicizing.
