摘要
目的:研究α2-HS糖蛋白(AHSG)基因第七个外显子中Sac I位点多态性在子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤患者及正常人中的分布。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测98名子宫内膜异位症患者与97名子宫肌瘤患者及99名健康成年女性的AHSG基因第七个外显子中Sac I位点多态性,比较三组AHSG基因型和等位基因的分布频率。结果:GG、GC和CC基因型在子宫内膜异位症患者中分别为32.65%、57.14%、10.20%,在子宫肌瘤患者中分别为75.26%、22.68%、2.06%,在健康成年女性中分别为74.75%、23.23%、2.02%。子宫内膜异位症组与子宫肌瘤组及健康成年女性组基因型的分布频率差异有显著性,而子宫肌瘤组与健康成年女性组无显著性差异。结论:AHSG基因第七个外显子中Sac I位点多态性分布与子宫内膜异位症的发病具有一定程度的相关性,而与子宫肌瘤的发病无相关性。
Objective: To detect the distribution of polymorphism at Sac I site G/C in the seventh extron of AHSG gene in patients with endometriosis, patients with myoma of uterus and normal controls. Methods: The polymorphism of Sac I site G/C in the seventh extron of AHSG gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism in patients with endometriosis ( n = 98), patients with myoma of uterus ( n = 97 ) and normal controls ( n = 99) . Results: The frequencies of GG GC, CC and genotypes were 32.65%, 57. 14% and 10. 20% in patients with endometriosis, while 75.26%, 22. 68% and 2. 06%, in patients with myoma of uterus, and 74. 75%, 23. 23% and 2. 02% in normal controls. A significant difference was seen in the distribution frequency of AHSG genotype between patients with endometriosls and patients with myoma of uterus, patients with endometriosis and normal controls. There was no significant difference in the distribution frequency of AHSG genotype between patients with myoma of uterus and normal controls. Conclusion: The distribution frequency of Al - ISO gem type has something to do with mobility of endometriosis but has nothing to do with that of myoma of uterus.
