低分子肝素早期治疗孕产期急性肺动脉栓塞39例分析

The analysis of 39 acute pulmonary embolism in pregnant and circumnatal period early treated with Low Molecular Heparin

目的:探讨低分子肝素对孕产期肺栓塞早期治疗的可行性。方法:回顾性分析39例妊娠合并肺栓塞患者早期应用低分子肝素治疗的效果并监测有无严重不良反应。结果:34例妊娠合并肺栓塞患者早期应用低分子肝素治疗,有效率100%,未见严重不良反应。结论:低分子肝素应用于孕产期肺栓塞的早期治疗是安全、有效的。

Objective： To approach the feasibility to treat acute pulmonary embolism in pregnant and eircumnatal period early with Low Molecular Heparin. Methods： Retrospective analysis was done about the effect of Low Molecular Heparin to treat pregnancy with pulmonary embolism early. Serious adverse reaction was monitored at the same time. Results： Low Molecular Heparin was used in 34 patients who had pregnancy with pulmonary embolism. The effective rate was 100%. Conclusion ： It is safe and effective to early treat pulmonary embolism in pregnant and eircumnatal period with Low Molecular Heparin.
