亚健康状态中医证候学研究述评

Review on TCM syndrome research of sub-health status

本文从亚健康状态与中医证候,中医证候与体质学之间的联系,辨证分型、证候的本质研究四个方面对亚健康的证候学研究做一简要述评。回顾以往的证候学研究多来源于文献描述和专家个人经验,提出将量表学的评价方法引入到证候学领域,通过主观指标与客观指标相结合、临床流行病学和数理统计学相结合,促进亚健康中医证候诊断的科学化、规范化,揭示亚健康不同证型的分布规律及特征。

This article from the four aspects in a brief review of the sub-health study of the syndrome,according to the sub-healthy state and TCM syndrome,the link between TCM syndrome and constitution,syndrome types and the nature of the syndrome.Recalling the past syndrome research mainly come from the literature describing and experts from personal experience,propose the scale of the evaluation method should be introduced to the syndrome field,which should be through the subjective and objective index combined,clinical epidemiology and mathematical statistics combined to promote sub-health TCM syndrome diagnosis in a scientific,standardized development and reveal the distribution and characteristics of different syndrome types of sub-health.
