摘要
首次实现了从冶炼→CSP→常化→冷轧退火→成品检测等CSP工艺生产高牌号无取向电工钢的实验室全工序过程模拟,并对铸坯、热轧板及冷轧板中的组织及夹杂物进行了具体分析。结果表明,CSP工艺生产高牌号无取向电工钢是可行的;成品磁性能满足国际标准要求;薄铸坯、热轧板、成品板组织具有典型高牌号无取向电工钢组织特点;过程析出物主要为:AlN,AlN+MnS。
The analogue experiments of CSP process for producing high grade non-oriented electrical steel are completed in the laboratory first. The process inculdes melting, continuous casting and hot rolling of CSP process, normalizing, cold rolling, annealing, and product examination, etc. The structure and inclusion in the casting slab and hot rolled plate are analyzed in detail. The results show that CSP process of producing high grade non-oriented electrical steel is feasible, the magnetic property of product can reach national standard, and the structure in the thin casting slab, hot rolled plate and product is typical high grade non-oriented electrical steels's structure and there are two kinds of precipitates which are AlN and AlN+MnS.
