摘要
研究了经不同时效热处理后一种镍基单晶高温合金γ′相的形貌。结果表明:不同的时效热处理制度对所研究镍基单晶高温合金γ′相形貌影响显著。一次时效处理使固溶态γ′相平均尺寸增大;1 080℃×6 h一次时效+二次时效处理对γ′相平均尺寸的影响不明显,只加强了γ′相的规则度;1 050℃×16 h一次时效+二次时效处理时,γ′相尺寸增长显著。合金经850℃×24 h二次时效后,γ′/γ基体通道中均有更细小的二次或三次γ′相析出。
The influence of aging treatment on the γ' phase morphology has been studied. The results indicated that there is some difference among the γ' phase morphology under the different heat treatment conditions. The average size of γ' phase increased after first stage aging treatment, and no significant change in the size of γ' phase was observed during second stage aging treatment except the increase of γ' phase regularity after 1 080℃ ×6 h first stage aging. However, significant increase in the size of γ' phase was observed during second stage aging treatment after 1 050 ℃ × 16 h first stage aging. When the 850℃×24 h second aging was adopted, there is more finer second or third γ' phase in the rest matrix.
