Test and Model of Tension in Continuous Rolling Process

摘要 为证明张力建立初期存在冲击,在两架连轧机轧件中间接入力传感器,进行连轧活套吸收后建立张力的试验。记录曲线表明张力是先有上冲,再回落到某一数值。利用动态方程的极限状态,求出稳定平衡后的张力和上冲峰值。考虑时间滞后的张力动态模型通过数学仿真证明,模型预报与试验结果一致。 To prove the shock when rolling tension begins to be built, a load sensor is located in the midst of work pieces between two stands to do the tension test when the loop has being absorbed. The recorded curve proved that there was a tension shocks and then the tension fell back to a constant tension value. Using the extreme state of dynamic tension equation, the steady tension and shock peak value can be calculated. The new tension equation considered time delay is proved to be quite satisfactory and the measured value is in agreement with the simulated one.
