Overview of New Technology Development of Bloom Casting Domestic and Oversea

摘要 根据近年国内外新建大方坯连铸工艺装备情况,简介了大方坯连铸机在设备选型、无氧化浇注、中间包设计、结晶器和液面控制技术、结晶器液压振动、二冷系统、电磁搅拌、动态轻压下等方面的新技术及其发展趋势;综合分析了新技术的特点;并结合国内实际情况,提出了国内亟待攻克的连铸机关键技术和大方坯连铸机国内自主集成创新与设备国产化等方面的建议。 According the process and equipment of new built bloom casting in China and oversea in recent years, the paper introduces new technologies and development of bloom casting about choosing equipments, protection casting, tundish design, mould, liquid metal flow control, mould oscillation drived by hydraulic, second cooling system, electromagnetic stirrer, dynamic soft reduction. The new technologies characteristics are analyzed synthetically. At the same time, based on the practical domestic situation,Some advices such as the key technologies urgently to research, the domestic self-determination integration innovation and the equipment made in china are put forward.
