安钢第1座380m^3高炉第1代炉役生产8年7个月零1天,单位炉容产铁量达10733.43t/m^3,首次超过10000t/m^3。从强化冶炼、炉况处理、环保、技术管理等方面,回顾其实现高效、长寿、清洁生产的生产技术,提出了一些有待在生产中不断改进的问题。

The first campaign life of the first Anyang Steel＇s 380 m^3 BF reaches 8 yeas 7 months and 1 day, hot metal output is 10 733.43 t/m3 , it is first time that hot metal output is over 10 000 t/m^3 on Anyang Steel Ironmaking Plant. From strengthened smelting, furnace conditions processing, technical management, environmental pro- tection aspects, this paper reviews its production technology to achieve high efficiency, long campaign life, cleaner production, and puts forward some questions which need to be improved in the future production.
